Omni Dallas Hotel

Great room with a view!

The room was spacious and had amazing views. The bed was super comfy, and the restaurants offered delish food, especially the fried chicken at Hops & Hens. A little bummed that our room wasn't cleaned till late one day, but the staff was friendly. Loved the pool area too!

The location was great, you can visit The Arena by walking. I was there for 2 nights and ate at casual restaurant for breakfast...

Painless check-in, outstanding food.

Exceptionally nice team with great customer service and a smile, marvellous and beautiful location. Only 15 minutes walk from Dallas centre. Spotless rooms, thematically designed in the nice style. Bangers and fruit served in the morning.

Planned to see Dallas major attractions and it was interesting place for visiting all of them.

hotel looks chic, our room was on a higher floor, with the view of the city we booked, it met our expectations! location of the hotel proved to be advantageous for various sightseeing tours! due to a paper bag with purchases removed by the room service (according to the service manager it was probably mistaken for garbage by mistake) we received a generous compensation!

staff was partly unfriendly, not very eager and room service left a lot to be desired (cosmetic towels not refilled, towels partly not refilled, garbage can not emptied, chambermaid did not return the greeting)! at the valet-parking and at the reception there was a huge crowd and sometimes extremely long waiting times. unfortunately there were many hotel guests with dogs barking in the room and some even left "piles" in the lobby! it made sense to look at the floor when crossing the lobby!

It has marvellous setting in Dallas.

Swimming pool not very clean

Liked the place, had a real good stay at the hotel during our stay. The location was stunning, at a short distance from John Neely Bryan Cabin. Got suite with a beautiful view as expected. All of the staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

Wi-Fi was very poor; mediocre breakfast, a little disappointed.

Check-in was easy, with really kind staff ready to assist. The room was large and immaculate, with fine downtown views. Dining options on-site were excellent-especially enjoyed the fried fish. A 30-minute ride from the airport and close proximity to attractions made it easy to explore the area, but the lack of quicker transportation options nearby was a slight drawback.

We stayed at omni and loved our beautiful queen room with two queen beds. The kids enjoyed a great view from the 15th floor, seeing the state fair rides. The heated infinity pool was a perfect family spot. The location is close to the bishops art district.

room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. we had a room on the 9th floor and view was great. the location and equipment of the pool were impressive.

only negative and unusual thing was that there was no free wi-fi access.
